  • Highest point: 1,750 m.
  • Time Required 30 mins Colèr-Malga Stablasolo; 30mins Malga Stablasolo-First waterfall; 20 mins First waterfall-Second waterfall; return
  • Difficulty: easy

From the car park in Colèr (1,380 m), approx. 3 km from Piazzola to Malga Stablasolo (1,539 m).

Continue on the forest track, crossing the bridge over the Rabies river, to the first waterfall. Walking uphill along the path, you reach the famous bridge in front of the second, foaming waterfall, a spectacular sight (viewpoint 1,750 m). Continue along the path until it meets footpath 106.

From here, you can continue your walk to the charming Prà di Saènt meadow (1,800 m) and onwards to Rifugio Dorigoni (2,436 m), or return to the starting point via Malga Stablet (Stelvio National Park visitor centre) and back to Malga Stablasolo.

Above the Saènt waterfalls there is the footpath to the ancient larch trees, known as the Sentiero dei Larici Monumentali, one of the thematic paths offered by the Stelvio National Park.
