Family cooking with mountain flavors and scents. The kitchen of Maso Fior di Bosco in Val di Rabbi combines ancient recipes from the Trentino tradition with other recipes from Italian and local cuisine. Virginia and Serena, the chefs of Maso, carefully select every ingredient, using fresh produce from our own farm or local farmers, spring herbs from the meadows, or mushrooms and game in autumn. Lucio and Samantha pay the same attention to serving the dishes, choosing wines, the expertly flavored grappas by Lucio, and our herbal teas made with medicinal herbs from the garden or collected in the high mountains.
