In the lush and wild Val di Rabbi, within the Stelvio National Park, in the small locality of Mas at 1350 m, one of the last settlements at the top of the valley, lies the "Mas del Passero."
The "Mas del Passero" is an old farmhouse completely renovated and independent, consisting of two living units: on the first floor, the owner's apartment, and on the ground floor, a bright studio apartment with a bathroom, measuring 32 square meters plus a storage room, available for rent to those who wish to spend a holiday in nature.
It's easy to hear the singing of crickets, the occasional cowbell from the grazing cows above, see fireflies on warm early summer nights, and hear Eagle, the rooster, crowing as if he were the "king" of the entire settlement. In autumn, you can hear the roaring of deer.
The studio is spacious with a large living area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. In the sleeping area, there is a handcrafted double bed made of Swiss pine wood, known for its relaxing properties and benefits for the physical and mental well-being of the body and mind. The studio features a wonderful ceramic stove to warm up on colder days, and if that's not enough, it also has a heating system. This accommodation is ideal for two people or two adults with a maximum of two small children, and it comes complete with bed, bath, and kitchen linens.
Additionally, a small private garden is available, fenced and equipped with a table, umbrella, and deck chairs for your moments of relaxation or to enjoy an outdoor lunch on warm days. Pets are welcome as long as they are well-behaved.
