Malga Polinar is located at 1767 meters and offers a truly special panoramic view.
At our malga, we host cows and goats for summer grazing, and from their milk, we produce fresh and semi-aged cheeses, butter, and mixed yogurt, as well as yogurt made solely from cow or goat milk. We also have a small agriturismo where we serve both traditional and non-traditional dishes, focusing on minimizing waste and promoting eco-sustainable choices.
Thanks to Marco's creativity in the dairy and Cristina's imagination in the kitchen, we mainly work with vegetables from a synergistic garden that we tend to in the valley, along with fresh and varied dairy products.
