The route begins at the church in Pracorno. It immediately heads steeply uphill and continues to climb until the Masi di Zora, where the road surface changes to gravel and briefly levels off. After around 1 km, there is a turning on the right to Malga Cortinga. This section of gravel track is very steep and is hard work even with an e-bike. You first pass the lower dairy, before arriving at Malga Cortinga Alta, at 2,059 m. From Malga Cortinga Alta, take the path that descends steeply to Malga Mondent, which has been recently restored and now offers food and accommodation, then continue downhill to Pracorno village.
